12huat Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document outlines the terms governing your use of the 12huat platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. By using this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated below.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to change from time to time.
1. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 12huat platform — whether via the website, mobile app, or any other device — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are not permitted to use the 12huat platform. Continued use following any published changes to the terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
This platform is intended for users aged 18 and above only. By registering, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement under applicable Malaysian law.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is only permitted to have one active account on the 12huat platform. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. This includes your full name, active mobile number, and valid bank account details. False or inaccurate information may result in account suspension or closure.
Your account password is your own responsibility. 12huat will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you are required to notify our support team immediately via live chat.
User Responsibilities
- Do not use the platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law.
- Do not attempt to hack, damage, or disrupt the platform's systems or infrastructure.
- Do not share your account with anyone or allow third parties to access it.
- Do not use automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Comply with all betting rules and limits set for each market or game.
3. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals in MYR
All financial transactions on the 12huat platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The platform accepts deposits via local payment methods including FPX, TNG eWallet, and online banking from major Malaysian banks.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on the payment method selected. Current limit details are displayed in the Deposit section of your account. Successful deposits are typically credited to your account almost instantly upon payment confirmation.
For withdrawals, you are required to verify your identity and bank account details before your first withdrawal is processed. Processing times are typically between 15 minutes and 2 hours during normal operating hours. The bank account holder's name must match the name registered on your 12huat profile to avoid any delays.
12huat is not liable for any transaction delays or failures caused by banks, third-party payment providers, or technical issues beyond the platform's control.
4. Liability Limits & Account Policy
12huat provides its platform and services on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee that the platform will always be available, free from technical errors, or suited to any particular user's requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 12huat shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including betting losses resulting from technical disruptions or system errors.
Account Suspension & Closure
- Temporary suspension may be applied when suspicious activity is detected or upon the user's request for security purposes.
- Permanent account closure may be enforced without prior notice if a user breaches any terms in this document, including fraud, use of multiple accounts, or attempts to manipulate the system.
- Any remaining account balance at the time of closure due to a terms violation may not be refunded, depending on the severity of the breach.
- Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact customer support via live chat to initiate the account closure process.
5. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
All content on the 12huat platform — including the brand name, logo, interface design, text, images, and software code — is the exclusive property of 12huat or its respective licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any such content without prior written permission.
The platform may contain links or references to third-party services such as payment providers or game suppliers. 12huat is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third parties. Use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
12huat reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. You are advised to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with the use of the 12huat platform shall be resolved through channels agreed upon by both parties, and where necessary, under the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Malaysia.
